Leila Jere ’91Committee Chair
Belmont, California

Leila is Director for Customer Success at Full Circle, developer of a platform that provides marketing performance management solutions for users.  She joins the committee as the current President of the Society of Alumni.


Jordan Goldwarg ’03, Executive Committee, Society of Alumni
Seattle, Washington

Northwest Regional Director for Kids4Peace, an interfaith peace education organization dedicated to encouraging children of different cultures and faith traditions to explore their differences and similarities, and to learn understanding, tolerance and respect, while fostering sustainable friendships across the lines of conflict.  Jordan joins the group as a current member of the Executive Committee.


Jordan Hampton ’87, Vice President, Society of Alumni
Belmont, Massachusetts

Nurse Practitioner at the Massachusetts General Hospital Student Health Center at Chelsea High, a satellite of the MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center, which helps meet the primary care and mental health care needs of Chelsea teens, offering services such as physical exams, immunizations, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health services.  Jordan joins the committee as current Vice President of the Society of Alumni.


Katherine Sharpe Jones ’79
Atlanta, Georgia

A licensed psychologist., Kathy served in Iraq from 2004 to 2005 as a team leader with an Army Combat Stress Control Detachment. She has specialized training in the treatment of psychological trauma, including combat and sexual trauma. She is licensed in the states of Alabama and Georgia and is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology.


Susan Knapp McClements ’85, P’16, P’17
Lexington, Massachusetts

Susan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and a trained mediator. She devotes much of her time to charitable organizations in the Lexington and Boston area. Susan currently is President of the Dana Home Foundation and serves as a Trustee of Public Trusts in Lexington. She also volunteers for Senior Partners for Justice in the guardianship clinics in Boston and Cambridge courts.


Bill McClements ’85, P’16, P’17
Lexington, Massachusetts

Bill is Senior Vice President for Corporate Operations at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on discovering, developing and preparing to commercialize innovative medicines. Bill came to Merrimack Pharmaceuticals with over 22 years of executive leadership experience at global strategy consulting firm Monitor Group, where he held positions as global head of human resources and chief operating officer. Bill has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is active in various nonprofit organizations based in Boston. He is currently serving on the boards of New Profit, Inc., uAspire and Be The Change, Inc.


Betsy Paine’ 85
Andover, New Hampshire

Senior Staff Attorney CASA of New Hampshire, a court affiliated nonprofit that provides advocates for abused and neglected children who are involved in child protection proceedings in New Hampshire. Betsy served as the Violence Against Women Point of Contact and Domestic Violence Specialist in the New Hampshire Circuit Court for 19 years. She has served on the New Hampshire Governor’s Commission Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and served as Vice -Chair of the New Hampshire Commission on the Status of Women.  A former assistant county attorney Betsy specialized in the prosecution of sexual assault and child abuse cases.


Jeff Potter ’85
Weston, Massachusetts

Jeff is a Senior Client Advisor at Ballentine Partners, a wealth management firm that provides comprehensive investment and financial advice to families and entrepreneurs. Jeff works closely with families seeking to develop long term wholistic financial strategies that reflect their family goals and values. Prior to Ballentine, Jeff ran his own consulting firm and prior to that was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Capital Resource Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market companies. Jeff has an MBA from Yale.


Peter Ruggiero ’88
Somerville, Massachusetts

Peter is Senior Lecturer at Boston University’s Center for English Language and Orientation Programs and Adjunct Instructor of English at MCPHS University, where he teaches rhetoric and composition with a focus on gender and society, as well as literature. During the summers, he works as Academic Dean for Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Talented Youth. At the moment, Peter volunteers as Social Media Coordinator for MaleSurvivor and Board Member for BiNetUSA. His previous volunteer assignments include the Bisexual Resource Center, the Massachusetts Chapter of the Sierra Club, and the Peace Corps, for which he served in Côte d’Ivoire from 1998-2001.


Lisa Tenerowicz ’88
Cambridge, Massachusetts

Associate General Counsel at Boston University’s Office of the General Counsel. Lisa’s principal areas of practice at OGC include employment, labor relations, litigation, faculty matters, regulatory compliance, and student affairs.  Her regulatory compliance and student affairs practice involve, among other things, compliance with Title IX regarding sexual misconduct, and she works closely with BU’s administrative and student support offices on sexual misconduct training, education, and policy drafting. Prior to joining OGC, she was a partner at the law firm of Rose, Chinitz & Rose in Boston.

Tracey Vitchers ’10

Milford, Pennsylvania

Director of Development and Operations for Sexual Health Innovations, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming sexual health and wellbeing in the United States currently developing a college sexual assault reporting system. Tracey is also the Chair of the Board for Students Active For Ending Rape (SAFER), website co-coordinator for Know Your IX, and a Women’s Media Center Progressive Women’s Voices Fellow. In her role at SAFER, Tracey has consulted on national college sexual assault legislation and participated in Congressional Roundtables on college sexual violence. Tracey holds a MA in Comparative Women’s Studies from Utrecht University.


Brooks Foehl ’88Secretary of the Society of Alumni, Director of Alumni Relations
Williamstown, Massachusetts

Brooks provides administrative support to the work of the Committee.  He has been at Williams since 2001 and in role as Director of Alumni Relations since 2008.
