25th Reunion Overview

The 25th Reunion is a special milestone reunion at Williams. A time to reflect and reconnect – with friends, classmates, and the college. Each year Williams proudly welcomes Ephs back to campus and celebrates the accomplishments, friendships and generous support of alumni commemorating their 25th Reunion.

Various activities and events throughout the year leading up to the reunion will give you an opportunity to reconnect in multiple ways – the 25th reunion class logo, the 25th reunion class book, the 25th reunion class gift, class swag, and the big event – reunion weekend at Williams!

Each year, many class volunteers make all of these activities possible, and we welcome anyone interested in helping out in planning and executing these and many more activities throughout the year (details about volunteer opportunities are below). And, of course, we hope to see you at Reunion!

Upcoming reunions:
Class of 1999 — June 6-9, 2024

Class of 2000 — June 12-15, 2025

Class of 2001 — June 11-14, 2026

How to Get Involved – 25th Reunion Committees

Class Book Committee
Creates the most memorable product of the reunion – an online book as well as a printed book for every alum. Year after year, people say it’s their favorite. The class book includes personal input from each classmate, as well as photos, essays, and nostalgic items. We need someone to chair this effort, and a group of people who can help with the layout, planning, proofreading, and encouraging participation, as well as with the Nostalgia and In Memoriam sections.

Communication and Reconnection Committee
Reconnects and networks with classmates via email and phone and uses social media tools to remind and encourage record-breaking reunion turnout! Also plans class events leading up to reunion weekend. We need a chairperson, a social media chair, and a team of classmates to help reach all scattered geographies and affiliations (frosh entries, teams and clubs, etc).

Reunion Weekend Committee
This group will plan activities, reunion swag, menus, special beverages, entertainment/music, and tent – all reunion weekend details. This team includes a chairperson, a group of people to help with the planning and a golf chair to organize golf rounds at the beautiful Taconic Golf Club.

Class Fund Purpose Committee
To commemorate this milestone reunion, every year, the 25th reunion class creates a special Endowed Class Fund supporting a special area at Williams, which becomes the class’s legacy at Williams in perpetuity. This committee will work with the class and college staff and senior leadership to identify the purpose for this special fund.

Class Fundraising
Fundraising volunteers on the Agent team and the Leadership Giving Committee will contact classmates seeking support for the Alumni Fund and the Endowed Class Fund, resulting in widespread support and participation in the class fundraising efforts.
