Sam was a “Good Human Being” who never seemed to have had a bad word about anyone or anything. I got to know him over the many years I visited Provincetown, MA., 1974 – 2001. He was interested, obviously well-educated and quite articulate. I stayed within his lodgings during the late summer of 1978 while I worked for The Provincetown Inn. It was quite gratifying to read of his War Remembrances as my brother is a Casualty of The Vietnam War, 1967. I did not know of his passing until a short while prior to the writing of my Remembrances of Samuel. May Samuel Rest In Peace and be reunited with his family!
