Your Vote Counts!

We invite you to share your voice in this important process. Electronic ballots have been distributed to all alumni with an active email address in the Williams database.

The Williams Alumni Relations Office is once again using a service called BigPulse for the online voting process. You may be asked to link to a BigPulse web page during the voting process and you should do so with confidence. Please note that you do not need to log into the Williams Web Community to vote.

You’ll note that candidates for Tyng Bequest Administrator are not part of this ballot. The elected Alumni Trustee will serve on the Tyng Committee during his or her tenure on the board. Information about the evolution of the Tyng Scholars program can be found by clicking here.

Overall timeline is as follows:

Thursday, February 8
Electronic ballots will be distributed to all alumni with an active e-mail in the Williams database.  Hard copy ballots will be mailed to all alumni without an active email address on file and to those who have expressed a paper preference the week of February 12.

Thursday, March 1
A first reminder electronic ballot will be sent to those who have not voted.

Monday, March 19
Deadline to request a hard copy ballot from the Alumni Relations Office.

Wednesday, March 21 
A final reminder electronic ballot will be sent to those who have not voted.

Monday, April 2
All hard copy ballots must be received in Williamstown and e-voting will close at 11:59 pm EDT.

Saturday, June 9
Alumni Trustee results will be formally announced at the Annual Meeting of the Society of Alumni.
