On Friday and Saturday evening of Williams Reunion, the Williamstown Community Preschool offers group childcare services to returning alumni families. Information about the preschool is available here (http://williamstowncommunity.org/).

Care is for children ages 18 months to 10 years old from 6pm until Midnight on both Friday and Saturday evening. Parents/guardians will drop their children at the preschool and pick them up from the preschool within that time frame. Children will be grouped by age. There will be a classroom for 18 months – 2.9 years, a classroom for 2.9 – 5 years, and a classroom for 6-10 years. Cots for sleeping are available, and children may be dropped off with changes of clothes, diapers, lovies, toys, and snacks (any accessories the parent deems necessary for their child). The preschool will also provide peanut-free snacks to all children, and have a variety of age-appropriate games and activities for each group.

The preschool has First Aid and CPR trained teachers. They are accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children. They are licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.

Cost

  • The cost for one child is $50 per evening
  • A second child is $40 per evening (total $90)
  • Each additional child is $30 per evening (so the total for 3 kids is $120, for 4 $150, etc.)

Class Size Limits
There are size limits to each class, so make your reservations ASAP!

  • 20 kids maximum in the 18 month – 2.9 classroom
  • 50 kids maximum in the 2.9-5 classroom
  • 50 kids maximum in the 6-10 classroom
