Every Alumni Fund gift helps Williams students 11 gifts of $5 will buy a $55 academic library monograph 48 gifts of $25 will buy a $1,200 wireless laptop for an academic department 60 gifts of $100 will cover $6,000 in lighting, sound, costumes, props and sets for a Theatre Department production 34 gifts of $1,000 will cover this year’s $34,000 lab supplies fee for the Chemistry Department 7 gifts of $5,000 will underwrite the Writing Workshop’s $35,000 annual cost 14 gifts of $10,000 will pay for $140,000 in recruiting costs for new faculty

The Alumni Fund helps every student every day. It is a gift with an immediate and lasting impact — supporting every core component of the Williams experience. Each year, gifts from thousands of Ephs remain at the heart of our efforts to sustain our great college and ensure that Williams continues to invest in its extraordinary students and faculty.

Your Alumni Fund gift:

• provides full access for Williams students regardless of their ability to pay. Endowed resources cover only about 50% of the College’s financial aid commitment. The Alumni Fund helps make up the difference.
   
• sustains our long-standing tradition of alumni taking direct responsibility for Williams' continued success. Since 1817, it's been Ephs supporting Ephs!
   
• strengthens the Williams experience for all students and serves as an important example of appreciation and giving back, reinforcing values which will follow them beyond the Purple Valley.
